Account deletion
Delete account
UpStat lets users delete their account and related personal data from their profile.
We confirm and delete within 30 days.
This policy is publicly available and applies to the UpStat web app and mobile app.
Delete from the app
In the app:
- 1Sign in to UpStat.
- 2Open Profile → Security and account.
- 3Tap “Delete account”, receive the email code, and confirm the action.
Delete via email
If you can't sign in or prefer email:
- 1Send a message from your account email to support@mail.ithorde.kz.
- 2Subject: "Delete account".
- 3Include your name and institution.
- 4We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
After confirmation, we delete or unlink data that directly belongs to the user's account.
- Name, email, phone number and profile photo.
- The account link to an institution, group and role.
- Personal settings, saved devices and notifications.
- Messages and activity, where possible, are hidden or shown without the user's name.
What is kept (anonymized)
Some learning records may remain without a personal profile when they are needed by the school, journal or reporting process:
- Grades, attendance and lesson records may remain in the learning journal.
- Data needed for institution reports is kept without the personal profile.
- If some information cannot be removed immediately, we explain the reason while processing the request.
User rights
Users may request access to their data, correction of inaccuracies, restriction of processing, export or account deletion where applicable.
